If you have a computer that you need repaired or upgraded, all you need to do is bring your computer base unit to the Snow Touch Repairs, and not only will we diagnose and quote the repair or upgrade for free, we also offer a no fix, no fee guarantee – if we can’t fix your PC you won’t pay a penny.
We can fix a wide variety of computer problems in store including removing virus, upgrading hardware and recovering your data if your hard drive crashes.
If we are unable to fix your computer in-store, we can send your computer to our National Service Centre where our experts have access to the latest technology to ensure that more complicated repairs to your machine are completed successfully.
Transparent Pricing
In addition to our free diagnosis and no fix no fee policy, we also offer, a pricing policy of £60 fixed price for labour, plus cost of any parts. If parts are required to fix your PC, we’ll let you know the cost and get your approval to prior to carrying out the repair, and if you’d prefer not to carry on with the repair, you will be able to pick up your computer from the store you dropped it off to.
Guarantee
All out computer repairs include a 12 month guarantee covering the repaired fault.
Hardware and software upgrades
Our Team Know-how Repair & Service Centre performs most common hardware and software upgrades to your Windows computer such as installing additional RAM, hard drives, and software.
Apple Mac repairs and upgrades
Please note that we don’t currently repair or upgrade Apple Mac computers.
